David A. Belsky is the Vice President of our firm. As our Chief Electrical Engineer, he oversees and coordinates all designs with his team.
Bachelor Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering granted from the George Washington University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The University of Maryland granted in 1983.
